This is a place for women in PASS to network and for PASS members to discuss issues pertinent to women working in technology.

In 2003 the first Women in Technology panel discussion was held at the PASS Community Summit. Each year since then the WIT event has been a highlight of the Summit, with interesting speakers and lively discussion on topics such as “What advice would you give women in tech?” and “How can we increase the number of women working in technology careers?”

Coming out of these valuable sessions participants wanted to continue networking and learning from each other. That led to launching this site. Here is a place we can talk about our careers, issues that affect us on the job, work-life balance and anything else relevant to women in technology.
